USA Modified Series Changes Owners and Name

The USA Modified Series completed their 2011
schedule this past weekend marking the end
of an era and the beginning of a new. The
series was recently sold to Wes and Crimson
Parrish and Weo and Connie Schweyer. The
Parrish’s are former Promoters of the Angola
Motor Speedway and also traveled with the
USA Modified Series in years past. Weo is
well known around the area for his role as
an official at many tracks around and most
recently as the head flagman at the Angola
Motor Speedway. The USA Modified Series
will become the Top Speed Modified Tour as
the 2012 season approaches. The new owners
will also revive the International Champion
Auto Racing (INCAR) name, known in the past
as a staple for grass roots racing in the
Midwest.
Top Speed Fabrication of Angola, Indiana has
stepped up and become the title sponsor of
the newly named series. “Having a title
sponsor leading into the 2012 racing season

Great things are happening for the new Top
Speed Modified Tour as they prepare for the
2012 racing season. Custom Trailer
Solutions of Carmel, Indiana has been named
the “Official Trailer Supplier” of the Top
Speed Modified Tour in 2012 and will provide
a brand new custom built “Mobile Office”
that will travel with the series. The
“Mobile Office” will be professionally
decorated by Manley Graphics the “Official
Graphics Supplier” of the Top Speed Modified
Tour. Manley Graphics will wrap the trailer
with custom graphics designed by their
experienced staff. Power for the “Mobile
Office” will be generated by a brand new
Generac Generator courtesy of Tri State
Line-X in Angola. The Top Speed Modified
Tour will be outfitted with custom
embroidered apparel from Graphics Unlimited
the “Official Apparel Company” of the
series.
Top Speed Modified Tour rookie contenders
will be running for the 2012 Lincoln
Electric Rookie of the Year Award and the
driver that wins this award will win a brand
new Lincoln Electric Welder at the 2012 Top
Speed Modified Tour Championship Banquet
presented by Rapid RaceCars and Hoosier
Racing Tires. Hoosier Racing Tires will be
the “Official Racing Tire” of the Top Speed
Modified Tour in 2012 and will continue to
provide a great tire for the open wheel cars
along with Rapid RaceCars being the
exclusive tire dealer for the series and
teams.
The Top Speed Modified Tour will hold their
first annual Meet N’ Greet hosted by Rapid
Raceway in Angola, IN on Saturday November
19, 2011 from 10am until Noon. Free food
and drink will be provided while it last
starting around 11am. Rapid Raceway will
also be offering $4 ride tickets during this
exciting event for anyone that attends. The
Meet N’ Greet will give the teams, fans,
family and sponsors time to get to know the
new owners and have a great time during the
off season. Numerous announcements will be
brought to light at the event including
several BIG announcements that will be
released at this event before being
available anywhere else. Drivers and Teams
will have a chance to apply for the 2012
INCAR Membership with some great offers
available to them.
